Pricing

Not all my prices are set in stone! I am very conscious of people’s range in accessibility to buying art. As someone who’s rarely able to afford comms myself I’m usually willing to work with your personal budget, so don’t be afraid to ask! How much I can change the price does depend on the timing. Just be mindful that it’s my source of income and if you can afford it at full price please leave the option for someone who can’t <3

I’m still figuring out my style, it’s always changing and every piece is experimental for me!! If something turns out looking different in someway from the example piece I do apologize. If you’re worried about this, it helps to let me know beforehand which elements of an example piece you really like and would want me to include!

I’ve been diagnosed with asd, add, social anxiety, spd, and a few chronic illnesses, So I go through rough spots more often than I’d like! This means that it’s sometimes hard to finish comms within the time I set and very overwhelming for me to reply to messages. Please be patient and feel free to send reminders <3 just know that I’m working as hard as i can whenever I’m capable.

payment & refunds

Payment is usually done through PayPal or CashApp, the kofi support button is also an option! I’m in the process of setting up commissions on kofi. PayPal can be a bit wacky for me and my invoices glitch a lot so I typically don’t use them, but I can if you need me to!
I usually do a rough concept sketch before payment, this is to make you feel better about the payment and for me to feel more confident about the artwork!RECIEVING THE COMMISSION
This artwork is DIGITAL ONLY! By commissioning me you agree to a DIGITAL drawing which you will receive through EMAIL or Dropbox.REFUND POLICY
you will recieve a full refund only if I haven’t started the commission yet! The rough concept sketch does not count.
Payment will be refunded if major issues occur on my part, like being unable finish the commission due to health or mental issues! It will be given accordingly, depending on the progress I’ve made.
The commission can be canceled if the commissioner is behaving extremely negatively, I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. Refund amount depending on how much has been completed. After recieving the finished commission, no refunds can be requested!

ADDING CHANGES

you are allowed to ask for any changes to the rough sketch!
If you ask for any large changes later in the process that could’ve been changed during the rough sketch (e.g pose, composition, design) it will cost an additional fee to do those changes. minor things can be changed after the sketch approval without an additional fee, and i will also allow changes to the lineart and colors when i send those WIPs to be approved!
Everything I can do will be done to make a customer happy, however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes or any other small details i missed!

TURNAROUND TIME & process

A single commission can take anywhere from a few days to a month depending on the comm.
Rushed commissions will likely require extra charges depending on the length of the deadline.The time for your commission to be completed can occasionally be up to a few months depending on many factors such as Health, order of commission in work-list, complexity, life issues.
If any of the things stated above occur, I will let you know!
(Please note these are extreme cases and wait times are commonly significantly shorter than stated above)Work in progress images can be requested at any given time by the commissioner after payment! I will also send WIP images as I complete each stage of a drawing.

ART USE & copyright

All artwork buyers recieve are all for personal usage! i ask that you don’t use my art for monetary gain ( selling, branding, etc) without discussion and extra fees.
You are allowed to post or share a commission or design to any anywhere as long it has credit!
I have the right to post/display my artwork, this includes your commission. If you are not comfortable with this, please let me know ahead of time.
Please do not claim the commission has been created by you or a different artist.The following is considered COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT-
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Meaning making money from it in any way)
• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
• Removing any watermarks/signatures
• Altering the artwork without my, the artists', consent
• Using my designs in things such as BREEDING CHARTS or anything else that uses my designs to reproduce another design
• running my artwork through AI. ANY ai usage relating to my artwork will get you immediately blacklistedAs the commissioner, you are allowed to-
• Post anywhere for personal use
• Print the artwork
• claim the right of the characters but not the drawing itself!
• Promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist

Adopts & CHARACTER DESIGN USE

Please credit me the first time you post the art of an original character I have designed! After that it’s optional <3I like to keep track of my designs, I prefer people who own my designs to let me know if they are selling them off of of toyhouse. i need to be able to see my designs on toyhouse, if you hide them i ask that you please authorize me to view them!
Please do not delete them off of toyhouse without permission!!If you claim an adoptable and do not respond in 48 hours unless you have a special circumstance that you have stated earlier, I may put the character back up for sale!
I do not ever want my feral designs used for any kind of nsfw. Please respect this.• any user within my blacklist cannot own/be sold my designs (I don’t currently have one, I will set it up eventually)
• please do not make my designs into species unless discussed with me personally
• Please do not take heavy inspo without permission, repost, copy, or trace my designs
• any design in progress or finished that was refunded or has not been paid for (via money or art/character trade) does not belong to you, i remain the rightful owner of said design and i reserve the right to do what i'd like with it
• I may use any previous design concepts that were rejected by the customer during a design process as long as they aren’t too similar to the finished design!

OTHER TERMS

• If you are very rude, drunk message me, or make nsfw suggestions, I have the right to refuse or cancel your commission. Please don’t do this! It’s very frustrating. (yes this has happened 😭)
• You have the right to ask for updates anytime through the commission process!
• If you draw, support, or defend feral nsfw do not interact with me, do not ask for a commission, and do not buy my designs.
• please do not remove the watermark/signature on any of my pieces!
